We ship most orders UPS Ground because of their reliability, tracking, and price. Strom Plumbing (Sign of the Crab) items that ship directly from the distributor in California are only sent UPS Ground signature required.
Items marked "In Stock" generally ship same or next business day from our Pennsylvania warehouse. Other items have the lead times clearly noted at the bottom of their individual pages. “Shipping time” does not infer arrival time of order to you. For more accurate delivery time you may call Customer Service.
You will have the option of canceling your order for a full refund if your item is on backorder.

Shipping charges on orders delivered outside the 48 contiguous United States are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Just place your order online or call us and we will contact you with the shipping quote BEFORE submitting your order.
Because import fees, brokerage charges, and government taxes are constantly changing, Vintage Tub & Bath shipping quotes and charges do not include these fees. Unless otherwise stated on the quote, payment of these charges is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Clawfoot tub prices include the crate, freight and “curbside” residential delivery with lift-gate service – Continental US only. Lift-gate service is optional for American Bath Factory tubs. For all other tubs, please refer to item description. Cast iron clawfoot tubs (at approximately 225- 400 pounds each) and acrylic tubs (at approximately 180 - 350 pounds each) both require crating and ship via tractor-trailer only.

CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Provides residential delivery curbside at street level via tractor trailer.
LIFT-GATE SERVICE
Driver will bring crated tub from truck via lift-gate to street level at curbside. You are responsible for making arrangements to have item(s) brought into your home, garage, etc.
Lift-gate service is optional for American Bath Factory cast iron and acrylic tubs. If you do not add the lift-gate service option to your cart when ordering, you will need to arrange for the tub to be lowered from the truck at the time of delivery. The truck driver will not bring the tub into your home.
DRIVER’S RESPONSIBILITY
The driver is not responsible for bringing freight into house, garage, etc. and does not assist with unpacking, set up or clean up.
SCHEDULED DELIVERY
Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) and span an approximate 4-hour period.
Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges.
SPATIAL RESTRICTIONS/OBSTRUCTIONS (small gravel road, low hanging trees or just insufficient space in general for tractor trailer to make delivery).
Customer is responsible for advising us at the time of order or the carrier when they call to schedule delivery appointment if the delivery location is not accessible to tractor-trailers so appropriate modifications (delivery or pick up location, type of truck required, etc.) can be made in advance.
If we discover after shipping that the freight company cannot deliver the tub to your residence, we will notify you and have either the tub held at the nearest terminal for three business days or try to arrange delivery to another location. If the tub remains undelivered, the tub will return to us and we will bill you for the actual storage and shipping charges both ways.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
You can view our detailed instructions about signing for your tub which are listed on every tub’s web page. This is also emailed to every customer who purchases a tub.
INSPECTION
It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent’s departure.
If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery. Do not carelessly sign the delivery receipt. Please review the detailed information about signing for your tub provided on every tubs’ web page. PICKUP
You can choose to pickup any tub that is in stock in Pennsylvania. When picking up, deduct $100 from the shipping-included price.

The Continental US shipping cost for most sinks and toilets is included in the price of the item. Sinks and toilets can ship either UPS ground or via motor carrier. When we ship these items using a motor carrier, we generally do not use a liftgate service because it is fairly easy to remove the straps that hold these items to the crate and remove them individually from the trailer.

Although we do our best to make certain your items arrive when we say they will, we cannot guarantee delivery times. To keep costs down, many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from central warehouses. Furthermore, we use shipping and trucking companies that do not guarantee their delivery times. In both cases, we just cannot ensure that every item will be shipped and delivered on time.
For the same reasons stated above, Vintage Tub& Bath is not responsible for any inconvenience or monetary loss caused by late deliveries.
